The project of the terraced houses of CON-A company has emerged out of the desire to offer a new solution on the collective housing market in Sibiu. Located on the west side of the town, (Ogorului Str.), at 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the Historical Center, the assembly Dalia covers an area of 4200 square meters and includes 28 aligned houses. The terraced house is a house style which has appered in the seventeenth century, and represents a row of identical or mirrored houses, which have common side walls. The first and the last houses in the row are generally higher than those in the middle.
The terracced house is economically advantageos because of the small size of the lot and the sided double coupling.
